Shipping
- We deliver across Pakistan.
- Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours.
- Delivery usually takes 2–4 working days after dispatch.
- Free delivery on orders over Rs 5,000.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) available nationwide.
- You'll receive a confirmation once your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges
- Exchange within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have tags intact.
- Sale items can be exchanged, not refunded.
- Unstitched fabric cannot be exchanged once cut.
- To start an exchange, contact us with your order number.
How to request an exchange
Message us on WhatsApp or email with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange, along with the reason (size, fit, or a fault). Our team will guide you through the next steps and arrange the swap as quickly as possible.
Damaged or wrong item?
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we'll make it right — at no extra cost to you.
