How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours, and delivery usually takes 2–4 working days after that, anywhere in Pakistan.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes — Cash on Delivery is available nationwide. For COD orders we call to confirm before dispatch, so please keep your phone reachable.
Is delivery free?
Delivery is free on all orders over Rs 5,000. Below that, a standard delivery charge applies at checkout.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes. You can exchange within 7 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and has its tags intact. Unstitched fabric cannot be exchanged once cut.
How do I know my size?
Each product page includes sizing details. If you're unsure, message us on WhatsApp with your measurements and we'll help you pick the right fit.
How can I track my order?
Head to our Track Order page and enter your order number and email, or message us on WhatsApp and we'll check it for you.
Do you ship outside Pakistan?
Right now we deliver within Pakistan only. International shipping is something we hope to offer soon.
